一般社団法人日本料飲外国人雇用協会（以下本協会）は、本協会の取得する個人情報は「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に規定する個人情報をいい、会員及びその他の皆さまの個人情報の取り扱いについて、個人情報に関して適用される法令及びその精神を尊重、遵守し、個人情報を適切かつ安全に取扱うとともに個人情報の保護に努めます。

基本方針

1. 個人情報の利用目的を明らかにし、本人の意思で提供された情報を取扱います。
2. 個人情報は、利用目的を明確に定め、その利用目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。
   この利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取扱いは行いません。
   また、そのための必要な措置を講じます。
3. 個人情報の漏洩、滅失又は毀損のリスクに関しては、合理的な安全対策を講じ、最新の技術動向に併せた経営資源を提供し、個人情報保護のセキュリティ体制を継続的に向上します。 また、万一の際には速やかに是正措置を講じます。
4. 個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国の定める指針その他の規範を遵守します。
5. 個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情及び相談に迅速に対応します。
6. 個人情報保護マネジメントシステムは、本協会を取り巻く環境の変化を踏まえ、適時・適切に見直してその改善を継続的に推進します。
